At Lauren Addison, our pieces are crafted by our master jewelers in New York City’s famed Diamond District. Due to the nature of our custom process, please time your project accordingly. Lead time on bespoke engagement rings and signature collection pieces is approximately 5-7 weeks, with additional time needed for more intricate projects. If you have a particular deadline to meet, contact us directly and if possible, we will accommodate your request.

We offer complimentary and insured priority shipping in the continental United States. Our shipping is not handled through the website directly, so please note that you will be contacted shortly after your purchase is made to make arrangements. All orders will be shipped via FedEx and will require an adult signature upon receipt, so please ensure someone is available to accept the package.

Saturday delivery is available for an additional fee.

If you are based outside of the United States and are interested in making a purchase, please contact us directly for a quote and to make arrangements.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be sent back within three days of receipt in its original condition, without signs of wear or damage. In the unlikely event your item arrives in damaged condition, kindly notify us immediately and provide photographic evidence via email at info@laurenaddison.com. All returned items must be sent in their original packaging (bag, pouch, box) with the tag still intact.

Discounted, custom and customized pieces are not eligible for return.

Upon notification and approval, you will be provided with a FedEx return label. Your package is to be returned in the same manner it was delivered. Please note that for insurance to apply, your package must be taken to a physical FedEx location and scanned, no drop off boxes.

Kindly note that insured shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. If you have any questions about your item or its return policy, please email us prior to purchasing.
